At Esbee Designs, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please read the information below.

 

Returns Eligibility

Returns must be sent within 14 business days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.

Handmade Items

As all of our products are handmade, slight variations may occur and are not considered faults. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll make it right.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund accordingly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 


Return Postage

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
