About Us
Esbee Designs is a small handmade retail business established in 2025 by Cheryl Thomas and Keith Thomas. All items are handmade by us.
Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be amended or cancelled unless agreed by us in writing.
Handmade Products
All of our products are handmade. As a result, slight variations in colour, size, or finish may occur. These variations are a natural part of the handmade process and do not constitute faults.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in the applicable currency at the time of purchase. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Dispatch & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 14 business days of the order being placed. Delivery times may vary depending on location and delivery service and are estimates only.
Returns & Refunds
Returns must be sent within 14 business days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
